INSERT only inserts one record

Hello -

For some reson when I try to insert records from one MS access table to another, only one row gets inserted even though there are 10 records.

I have taken all of the other fields away to test and below is the code:

<!--SQL SELECT OrderNumber FROM AllOrdersProducts-->

<!--SQL INSERT INTO JustOrders (OrderNum) VALUES($OrderNumber$)-->

I have 10 OrderNumbers but only 1 gets inserted and there is no error just 28:SQL INSERT INTO JustOrders (OrderNum) VALUES(10581)] [28:sql_error= "1 row affected."]

I have done this many times before and everything loosk fine but I can't figure out why its not working.
