The only way to decrypt something encrypted by an external program would be to write it to a file and EXEC a command line program to decrypt.

I have considered adding some open source encryption code, but it would increase the size of odb.exe quite a bit, which hurts the performance for CGIs since they need to be loaded for each request. But I might be able to put it in a special build. What kind of encryption to you need to deal with?
